Enjoy this bright, comfortable villa for your next golf, tennis, or beach vacation. This spacious (2,000 sq ft) three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is in the Palmetto Dunes Resort - one of the most desirable places to stay on Hilton Head Island!

KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen has all the cookware, kitchen utensils, dishes and flatware that you will need, including a blender, food processor and coffee maker. A washer and dryer are easily accessible in the pantry.

BEDROOMS: The two primary suites each have king sizes beds and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has three single beds and an adjacent bathroom.

OTHER: Other features of our villa include high-speed WiFi, board games and Smart HDTVs with in the living room (50" Roku) and upstairs master (50" Roku). There is also a gas grill on the front patio.

POOL: Our complex has a pool (Adult & Kiddie, April-October, not heated) a 3-minute walk away.

BEACH: You can walk or bike to the beach (less than one mile) along the beautiful bike path. Or take advantage of The Palmetto Dunes Buggy, an on-demand, free shuttle service from your door to the beach. The shuttle is available 8am – 9pm from April to Labor Day. There is also parking at the beach although it may fill up in the summer.

TENNIS: There are 3 clay tennis courts that are free to use a 3 minute walk away. Clinics and round robins are available daily at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center a 1/2 mile away.

PICKLEBALL: The world class Palmetto Dunes Pickleball center is 1/2 mile away and offers many clinics and open play daily.
