6101 Hampton Place is a fantastic 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa, offering sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, in the world famous Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Exquisitely decorated, guests will also enjoy spectacular views of the gorgeous grass yard, with tall palm trees and lush tropical landscaping, and the beautiful swimming pools. Upon entering 6101 Hampton Place, there is a formal dining room with a table that seats 6, with high back leather chairs, and a mirrored wall. A bar area nearby offers a wine cooler, and a variety of glassware. Adjacent to the dining room is a spectacular kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and stone flooring. Whip up a great breakfast, while 3 of your family members sit in tall metal cushioned chairs at the bar. The open floor plan includes a living room with refreshing yellow walls, a 42 inch flat screened TV with Blu-Ray DVD, and a row of windows to watch the surf roll in!

Relax outdoors on the large balcony, which connects to both the living room, and queen bedroom. A table with 4 swivel chairs, and a drink table is perfect for a meal by the sea! The queen bedroom, with lovely views of the yard and ocean, has a 26 inch flat screened TV with DVD, and a private bath with a marble sink, and large shower only. On the opposite side of 6101 Hampton Place, is the master bedroom with a king bed, and a 26 inch flat screened TV with DVD. A sliding glass door leads to a private balcony overlooking the pools, grass yard, and ocean. The luxurious private bath includes 2 marble vanities, an incredible soaking tub, and a separate large shower. Off the foyer is a door, and a hall bath with a marble sink, and combination tub/shower. The third bedroom, with bright yellow walls, has 2 twins in it, and a 19 inch flat screened TV.
