Welcome to 600 Queens Grant, a beautifully updated and newly furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome in Palmetto Dunes. With comfortable furnishings, plenty of space and a fantastic outdoor area, this inviting retreat is perfect for families and groups looking to enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.
The open-concept main living area features a large sectional sofa, two club chairs, a dedicated workspace and a Smart TV. Just beyond the living room, the dining area comfortably seats eight. The well-appointed kitchen offers granite countertops, ample cabinet and counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Two bedrooms are located on the main level. The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, access to the patio and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom includes two full-size beds, a Smart TV and access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs, you'll find a fun loft-style sleeping area that's perfect for kids and families. At the top of the stairs is a bedroom with two twin beds, and beyond it is an additional sleeping area with a queen bed. Both spaces feature Smart TVs and offer a little extra room for kids or family members to spread out.
Step outside through the living area's sliding glass doors to enjoy the spacious patio. It's a great spot to relax after a day at the beach, with a propane grill, outdoor dining table and comfortable lounge chairs.
Located in the Queens Grant community in Palmetto Dunes, 600 Queens Grant is conveniently situated near the resort entrance and the oceanfront Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. The beach is approximately a 10-minute walk away. Guests also enjoy access to the community pool, open April through September, along with beautifully landscaped grounds, bike paths and convenient access to the shops, restaurants and amenities of Shelter Cove.
