507 Queens Grant is a two-story villa that offers all the southern comforts of home! It is in the Amesbury section of the gated community Queens Grant inside Palmetto Dunes. It is a short walk to the beach, activities, tennis, pickleball, golf and so much more!

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa has a spacious open floor plan, driftwood-like vinyl plank-style flooring, gray walls, and tastefully decorated with beach accents. In the foyer there is a nice bench seat/coat rack and a ½ bathroom. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cutout window that gives the chef views into the main living area. Also in the kitchen is the stacked washer and dryer. The dark wood dining table provides enough seating for the whole family and can comfortably seat eight.

The living room features a light brown sofa, matching love seat, two armchairs with ottomans, and a 65” SMART TV, perfect for family movie nights. The living room receives plenty of natural sunlight from the sliders that lead out to the over-sized deck, complete with an umbrella table for four, a patio loveseat and two chairs, and a Dyna-Glo gas grill.

The first-floor master suite features a King bed, bench seat, a 65" Roku TV and a desk, making it perfect if you must work from home. The master bedroom also has sliders that go out to the deck to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and the lush, landscaped grounds around you. The private master bathroom offers a single granite vanity and a brand-new walk-in shower.

On the 2nd floor, you will find the other two guest rooms. The first bedroom offers two double beds with 32" TV and the other guest room has one queen bed and one twin bed and has a 38" TV. These bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom complete with double vanities and a shower/tub combo.

Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
