502 Barrington Arms offers outstanding oceanfront views from this Top 5th floor Palmetto Dunes Vacation villa in Hilton Head, SC. Guests can enjoy the panoramic views of the lagoon, oceanfront pool, and the Atlantic Ocean. The large, covered balcony can be accessed through a sliding glass door from either the living room or the master bedroom. It offers a 4-person dining table and a high-top table with 2 bar chairs great for sipping coffee watching the sunrise over the Ocean!

With NEW updated stylish coastal decor, the living room has a couch with queen sleeper sofa, two high back armchairs, a 75" SMART TV and a swivel armchair perfect for those lazy mornings gazing out at paradise.

The villa has been beautifully updated with all new flooring, new kitchen and new bathrooms. There is a spacious dining room table with 6 leather chairs. The dining area is adjacent to both the living room and the well-equipped kitchen. Upon entering 502 Barrington, the kitchen is on the left with new cabinets and granite counter tops. It also has a flat top stove, double sinks, and a stacked washer/dryer. There is a roomy breakfast bar with stools.

The master bedroom is off the dining area to the right. It has a king bed, 50" SMART TV, armchair, and private access to the balcony. The view is just as spectacular as it is from the living room of the lagoon, swimming pool, and ocean. Just outside the private bath is a vanity, sink with mirror great for couples! The NEW private bath features a walk-in shower and a second vanity with sink.

Just past the kitchen to the left, there is the guest room that provides 2 double beds, professionally decorated in coastal color’s that has a 40" TV. The guests have a tropical garden view and a slight view of the ocean. The hall bathroom has been beautifully renovated and features a combination tub/shower. A pocket door enables this to be a closed suite or the bath can be accessed from the hall.
