Upon entering, you’re greeted by a spacious open-concept living area featuring vaulted ceilings, light tan wood flooring, and inviting coastal accents throughout. To the immediate right, the well-appointed kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient pass-through window overlooking the dining area. In the corner of the kitchen, you’ll also find a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.

The dining space features a beautiful wood table with seating for six—perfect for family meals or game nights. Just beyond, the living room invites you to relax with a comfortable off-white sectional sofa with chaise lounge, two charming blue sea turtle accent chairs, and a 50" TV for your entertainment. Sliding doors lead directly to the private back patio.

Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.

501 Queens Grant is a true gem and only a quick walk to the beach, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, and the general store!
