Newly renovated, 445 Captains Walk is a gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 3rd floor villa offering fabulous panoramic views of the ocean from both the living room and the master bedroom. This upscale villa is light and bright, has all new vinyl plank floors that lead from the entry way and throughout the kitchen, living and dining room.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and in the back corner there is a stacked washer and dryer. The dining room has a beautiful, new table with seating for six. The living room is elegantly appointed with new furniture, accentuating the dramatic view over the pool to the ocean.
