410 Captains Walk - An oceanfront villa awaits you for your next island getaway. Updates galore shine in this two-bedroom, two-bath Captains Walk villa complete with new stainless-steel appliances, an upgraded kitchen, and granite countertops. New floors also complete this beautiful condo providing panoramic views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Take in a day at the beach, while sitting on your balcony and enjoying the sound of the waves and beach breeze. Lovely hardwood floors throughout and an open floor plan with great bedroom separation.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove, and in the back corner is a stacked, front-loading Whirlpool washer and dryer. The adjacent dining room has an oval wood table that seats six. In the living room relax on the tan sectional or mint green swivel chair while watching a movie on the mounted 65” TV all while enjoying the views of palm trees and the ocean. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony that has a high-top table for four plus two additional chairs. This is a great place for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
To the left of the entrance is where you will find the bedrooms. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and a mounted 32” TV. The bathroom can be accessed from the hall or the guest room and has a single granite topped vanity and tub/shower combo. At the opposite end of the hall is the master suite with a king bed, 36” TV, ocean views, and access to the balcony. The ensuite bath has a wraparound single vanity with lots of storage space and a walk-in shower.
Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
Captain’s Walk has a large oceanfront pool, children's pool and a large, covered deck along with multiple sundecks and a charcoal grilling area. Make this your families’ new getaway tradition! You will be sure to book before you leave, so no one else beats you to it!
