Enjoy awesome ocean views from updated, 4th floor, direct oceanfront villa in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes! With an open floor plan, spacious bedrooms and an updated kitchen, this villa is the perfect place for your next Hilton Head Island vacation.
When entering the villa, guests will be blown away by the oceanfront views that can be seen through the large glass windows. The open living area features a large flat panel TV, Queen sleeper sofa, additional seating and hardwood flooring. A sliding glass door leads out to the balcony overlooking the gardens and out to the ocean. On the balcony is a table with 4 chairs for dining outside or playing board games while enjoying the ocean breeze.
Back inside, the spacious living area includes a round dining table with seating for 4, a breakfast bar that provides seating for 2 and the updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. This kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to make quick meals before heading back to the beach. A washer and dryer are located behind bi-fold doors just off the kitchen area.
The Master bedroom can be found just off the living area and features a King bed, flat panel TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower only. There is access to the main balcony through a sliding glass door from the Master bedroom.
The guest bedroom is on the other side of the living area and features 2 Queen bedrooms, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Guest bedroom also have access to a second private balcony with two rocking chairs and more breathtaking direct oceanfront views.
The Villamare Complex offers guests staying there the use of the large outdoor pool with a hot tub. There is also a work out facility with an indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Come enjoy this wonderful villa and all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer!
